About the Recipe

Indian curry is largely considered a British fusion food, bringing together a blend of toasted, ground spices in a broth-based curry sauce. The Indian Chicken Curry Puzo is no exception. A classic curry powder mixture consisting of cumin, turmeric, and coriander is the foundation of our curry.

• The chicken is seasoned with spices, pan fried with rosemary, thyme, and crushed garlic, then oven roasted to bake in the flavors.
• Cashews are seasoned with King of Salt Whiskey and roasted.
• The chicken and cashews are combined in a curry-spiced yoghurt sauce.
• Lastly, the pineapple puree is blended until the desired creamy texture is reached.

The chicken curry filling is added inside the rice form, which is then topped with pineapple puree and wrapped in a turmeric-spiced pancake.
